In 2015, Faith founded Transformation21st, an international personal and professional development consultancy. Our mission is to help busy professionals build confidence, resilience and career clarity. We believe that you can thrive during uncertain times.
Faith's global career started with the Royal Dutch Shell in 2002, as an IT graduate in Aviation. After three years in Aviation, I was promoted to work on a $5 billion global downstream project where she was a part of a team who streamlined pricing and supplies chain processes across 20 countries. In 2011, she completed a executive MBA programme with Imperial Business School London.
In 2014, Faith felt a calling to work with people as a coach and a motivational speaker. Her life purpose and mission is to empower leaders.
In 2019, Faith published a self-help book, ‘Transform Within – 7 Strategies for professional growth and resilience. The book is available on Amazon (e-book and paperback) and all major online bookstores.
